A request for a demonstration, pricing, or proposal does not by itself create a subscription, service agreement, partnership, or other commercial commitment. Use of an RDigital software product will be governed by a separate written agreement, order form, service description, or subscription terms accepted by the customer.

3. Eligibility and authority

You must have the legal capacity and authority required to use the website and submit information. The website is intended primarily for healthcare practices, their authorized representatives, and business users. It is not directed to children.

Any liability arising from a paid RDigital product or service will be governed by the applicable customer agreement rather than this public-website provision.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
