1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the RDigital public website, including demo requests, enquiries, and communications. It does not by itself govern patient records processed by clinics using an RDigital clinic-management product. Those records are subject to the clinic’s own privacy notice, contractual arrangements, and applicable laws.

2. Information we collect

When you submit our contact or demo form, we may collect:

  • Your name, work email address, and telephone number.
  • Clinic name, type, address, and approximate size.
  • The services or workflow improvements you are interested in.
  • Information you choose to include in your message.
  • Basic technical information such as your IP address, browser information, request time, and security logs.

Please do not submit patient medical information, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information through the public enquiry form.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and arrange product demonstrations.
  • Understand your clinic’s requirements and prepare relevant proposals.
  • Manage follow-ups, appointments, customer relationships, and support.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services.
  • Maintain business records and meet legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Send service or marketing communications where permitted, subject to your communication preferences.

We process information only where there is an appropriate basis, such as your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with law, or a legitimate business interest that does not override your rights.

4. Cookies and external resources

Our website may use essential session cookies for security and form processing. It also loads font resources from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. If we introduce analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this notice and provide any consent controls required by law.

5. When we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose limited information to hosting providers, email or communications providers, professional advisers, contractors, and other service providers that help us operate our business. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a business reorganization.

Service providers are expected to process information only for authorized purposes and to apply appropriate safeguards.

6. Security and retention

We use reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including follow-up, contractual, accounting, security, and legal requirements. Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted, anonymized, or blocked where appropriate.

7. Your privacy rights

Subject to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules, you may have rights to be informed, access your personal information, object to certain processing, correct inaccurate information, and request erasure or blocking in appropriate circumstances. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also raise a concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.

8. International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the Philippines. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards consistent with applicable requirements.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal obligations. The latest version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through other appropriate channels.
